In this role I conducted job analyses and developed situational judgement tests to inform cultural fit and selection, facilitated graduate program assessment centres, developed competency frameworks, developed the Davidson Change Readiness assessment, and provided psychomotor ability training recommendations.

Employee engagement survey analysis and reporting. More specifically, my responsibilities included processing qualitative survey data (e.g. de-identification and screening procedures) and conducting thematic analyses applying Voice Projects 7 P’s Model. Clients included university, government and non-government organisations.

Campus East (Innovation Campus)

As an Orientation Coordinator, I managed a number of projects from design through to implementation at Campus East - a college of approximately 600 residents. These projects consisted of around 40 separate events and activities within two 1 week orientation programs for all new and returning residents in the 2016 academic year. The purpose of these programs were to foster early social connections within the community, a culture of belonging, and informative experiences of a residents new surroundings.

Campus East (Innovation Campus)

Residential Advisors are part-time, paraprofessional student leaders responsible for facilitating a sense of community amongst the residents in their care as well as being a source of academic, personal and social advice and support to their residents.Accountabilities:• Assist residents by, individually and as a member of a team, developing programs or activities that will aid the development of a positive living and learning environment, working cooperatively with those residents to ensure an environment that promotes consideration for others.• Provide support to residents in areas such as academic assistance, personal support, conflict resolution and first aid.• Support and encourage residents in the development of appropriate social, sporting, cultural and community service community-based activities at both block/area and Campus East wide levels.• Perform routine custodial tasks (such as regularly scheduled duty periods).• Perform administrative tasks (such as reports, checks, logs, forms and evaluations).• Respond to resident or visitor behaviour that is inappropriate or in breach of acceptable community standards, in particular behaviour that has the potential to endanger the health and safety of community members or to result in damage to University or personal property.• Understand, support, explain and enforce in a consistent and fair manner University policies and procedures.• Conduct tours of Campus East for prospective University of Wollongong students.• Participate fully in all Student Leader pre-service and in-service training and regular Residential Advisor and Block/area meetings.
