From customer service responsibilities to administrative duties, food and beverage attendance overseeing multiple processes on the job.I work directly with customers entering and dining at RACV. I often take customer calls and make reservations, answer questions, inform customers about menu items, and assist customers with selecting meal options.My knowledge of menu options and available selections is extremely important for assisting customers and taking food and beverage orders. RACV provides menu specials and seasonal offerings so understanding what these types of options are is essential for informing customers about menu offerings.I also serve meals and drinks to customers when orders are ready. I ensure utensils and condiments are available at each table and I check in periodically with customers to refill beverages or bring additional menu items. I also clear away dishes and beverage glasses as customers finish their meals, assist kitchen and cleaning staff in cleaning up tables, and ensure workspaces are clear.I also oversee the inventory catalog, including food and beverage items, and dining supplies. I assist with record inventory management and monitor inventory to ensure menu items are available when customers request them.I also attend the cash register as customers finish and pay for their meals.
