- Managed and co-ordinated multi-jurisdictional teams including front and back office personnel to structure a range of absolute return and capital protected fund and structured products for the Australian market, including negotiating tax, derivative, pricing and legal structures with key stakeholders.- Lead marketing efforts in Australia, including writing investment papers for industry publications (Financial Planning Magazine; Portfolio Construction Conference) and analyzing sales and marketing data to determine the success of campaigns and strategies.- Key involvement in the product sales pipeline at both an institutional and retail level, including acting as first point of contact for researchers; running several dealer group sales campaigns and managing regular sales activities.

- Advised investment banks and corporate clients on the legal aspects of a broad range of multi-jurisdictional banking and finance transactions, specialising in project, asset and export credit backed finance.- Co-ordinated and managed multi-jurisdictional teams of up to 11 lawyers and support staff and closed 7 deals worth over US$100m each.- Negotiated and drafted loan and security documents, managed transactions from term sheet to execution, led closing meetings.

- Advised investment banks and high-profile corporations on the legal aspects of a wide variety of multi-jurisdictional banking and corporate deals, specialising in asset and structured finance, public and private M&A and oil and gas transactions. - Negotiated and drafted a variety of legal documentation, led teams of lawyers and paralegals conducting due diligence.- Seconded to Paris and Amsterdam offices, drafted legal documentation in both English and French for Eurotunnel Plc's US$9.2bn restructuring (International Finance Law Review Restructuring Deal of the Year, 2007).- Seconded to key client Fidelity International, advised the equity and fixed income teams on the effect of Northern Rock mortgage backed bond default covenants.

- Analysed levels of productivity through statistical studies and client interviews; developed resourcing plans and master schedules; implemented improved business performance through the installation of complete management control systems. - Implemented a restructuring of the organisation and management control systems of Siemens Industrial Gas Turbines R&D departments in Lincoln, England and Finspong, Sweden. Over £430,000 in savings were identified through the business improvement process.- Co-ordinated an analysis of the profitability of SITA SUEZ's major London waste disposal routes. The developed proposals were sold as part of a £1.5m business improvement project.
