Due to my strong relationships with key management at the Shire developed through previous work as a consultant, I was approached to assist the Shire on a short term role as Manager Engineering. I was responsible for leading the Shire’s engineering and building services team. Following my 12 months volunteering with EWB, I returned to my previous role with Pritchard Francis. I was their civil engineering lead across the Kimberley and the Northern Territory. I delivered civil infrastructure projects from feasibility stage through to construction.Key Responsibilities: • Coordination of feasibility studies, design, documentation, tendering and contract administration of various civil engineering projects.• Mentoring of junior staff• Business development and preparation of fee proposals.• Monitoring of project financial health and progress.Key Achievements:• Gurlbinwila Beach Access – Delivered a new boat launching facility approximately 40km from Broome, WA. This project was delivered through the wettest wet season on record • Tiger Brennan Drive – Project Leader for the upgrade of a major freight highway intersection in Darwin, NT. I lead and managed a team of four consulting disciplines.

I set up a tourism company in Broome, WA. I did this concurrently to working as an engineer. Broome Fat Bike Adventures offer small tours along Cable Beach in Broome. I sold the business when I left Broome in early 2018.Key achievements included; - OHS Management Plan - Risk Management Plan - Operational Plan - General company startup tasks eg. insurances, bank accounts, approvals, website etc. - Tourism WA accreditation - Successfully operated throughout the 2017 Broome tourist season - Successfully sold the business in a short timeframe. The business is still operating

Engineers Without Borders are a non-for-profit NGO. In 2015 they started a social enterprise, ATEC* Biodigesters, in Cambodia. I volunteered with EWB for 12 months and was seconded to ATEC* to assist the now CEO with the setup of the company. I acted as technical lead and was responsible for setup up of all technical operations from design through to logistics, procurement, after sales service and development of other company processes and procedures.Key Responsibilities: • Design and documentation of biodigesters• Drafting of company policies• Mentoring and management of Khmer staff• Implementing after sales service policies and overseeing after sales service• Overseeing all aspects of logistics, procurement and distributionKey Achievements:• Increase in ATEC* staff from two to twelve within 12 months• Development of an efficient and reliable supply and distribution train• Implementation of safe working practices• Khmer staff trained to take over my role upon my assignment finishing

Cossill and Webley are WA’s premier land development engineering consultants. I worked in the role of Project Engineer and helped deliver multiple land development projects across the state. In particular I worked closely with the company Managing Director on the delivery of a number of state government projects in Kununurra. Key Responsibilities: • Coordination of feasibility reports and detailed engineering designs in conjunction with senior engineers and civil designers including earthworks, roadworks, stormwater drainage, sewerage reticulation, water supply, telecommunications and underground power.• Superintendent during project construction periods Key Achievements:• Kununurra Land Development Projects (client – LandCorp, $20mil) • Harrisdale Green (client – Cedar Woods, $10mil)

Graduate Civil Engineer, involved in the design and planning of structural and civil infrastructure in the oil and gas industry. Responsibilities included structural design of steel and concrete structures and liaison with civil draftspersons in order to produce construction drawings.
