As Business Analyst at Deutsche Bank, I was able to lead substantial improvements to overall business performance by basing my practice on evidence, including having saved a substantial amount in fees for the business and improving staff performance management capabilities. I worked for The Home & Savings Bank, building the start-up company's reporting capabilities, and then as a Software Consultant for Misys International Banking Systems, before joining Permanent TSB with a mandate to oversee system maintenance and new development. At Permanent TSB, my ability to build rapport with internal partners has played a key role in fostering collaboration. In a similar respect, my communication skills have played an equally critical role in translating technical jargon to non-technical personnel, providing a platform for senior personnel to make informed decisions.
