Implementing and governing a long-range plan to maximise market share and establish new business.Tender Preparation and Negotiation - Responding to and preparing pricing proposals for multi-million-dollar contracts across a wide geographic area. Leading the negotiation and financial teams whilst partnering with operations to deliver to potential and incumbent clients.Ongoing Contract and Relationship Management – Acting as the escalation path for contractual dispute resolution, service level management and commercial variation. Managing seasonal variance to profitability and channelling changes back into commercial strategy to maintain revenue stability.

Continuous Improvement – I led a team of Process Controllers to identify, define and solve process issues in Qantas’ $1b Supply Chain. Including warehouse flow, purchase order optimisation and implementation of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to harmonise our financial performance with operations. Business Modelling – Providing end to end management of complex capital and operational projects – All the way from analytics and business case generation through to C-level presentations and funding requests, and finally to project implementation including the launch of the 787 Dreamliner into Qantas’ fleet which represented a step change in our supply chain’s network, inventory and distribution model.Operational Strategy - Accountable for architecting the data-based approach to Qantas’ insource/outsource component maintenance programme through Total Cost of Ownership governance.
