As Sales Manager of one of Australia’s leading providers of sustainable, water-based heating and cooling solutions, my focus is on the construction and commercial building sectors.I like to engage with consulting engineering firms and contractors and share information about new technology. I also take pride in differentiating Automatic Heating from other suppliers by offering full package service with “best-of-breed” products and on-time delivery.I have built many long-term, collaborative and trust-based relationships with clients and achieved mutual success. Ensuring that post-sales experience matches or exceeds the pre-sales experience is important to me.

As Business Development Manager, I helped the business penetrate the market by offering a unique value proposition of quick turnarounds, no setup fees or hidden charges and a particular eye for quality.I utilised cold calling and telemarketing services to qualify customer prospects and build the company’s clientele base.

This role gave me an opportunity to see a holistic picture of small business operations – from procurement, to sales and marketing, and dispatch. I was able to leverage the company’s “can-do” team culture to successfully break into an entrenched and insular market.

My introduction to Automatic Heating gave me hands-on experience in boiler installations. I learned the challenges of completing technical work on-site – experiences that I continue to draw on in my current role.
