Taking that leap of faith has led me to a diverse career where I have coached and developed 1000’s of people (Front line staff to C Suite Execs) in the Airline, Health, Financial Services and Food industries over the past 15 years.The lessons learnt via these shared developmental experiences has given me a broad perspective about common problems we all face throughout our careers.
