In addition to customer file management, writing and assessing customers credit, rural valuations, liaising with accountants and solicitors, and extensive customer meetings.-In addition to the required role I had spent considerable time building local connections to increase my circle of influence through participating in multiple local sporting clubs, attending local events, and utilising existing connections. To support my networking goals I have developed strategies to meet and develop my networks depth. -During the program I took the initiative to take advantage of ANZs Super Regional network and work in the ANZ Shanghai China office whilst on holiday. This involved sitting with Internal Valuers, Credit Managers, Small Business Servicing etc. In addition to the role I spearheaded a list of improvement recommendations to new workflow managing systems Pega and the Reviews Workbench.Additional Graduate Project: Customer Journey Mapping and Customer servicing pain points-> Group of 5 Graduates worked with Executive Project Sponsors as well as Frontline bankers to develop a Journey Mapping template that could identify opportunities to improve Customer Experience. We also worked with Change & Implementation Managers to deliver proposed recommendations to improve Customer Experience and reduce call volumes to the Merchant New Business team.
