Leading Brand Communications & Creative Studio teams, consisting of 11 people across three continents. Overseeing all brand strategy, creative development and talent management. Key lead for all external stakeholders including creative & media agencies, affiliate networks and key publisher relationships.

Managed the strategy, campaign planning and execution of marketing campaigns across Australia’s largest retail network (700+ venues). Led the integration of digital app offering into the retail network, liaising with retail partners to create bespoke promotional campaigns to fit unique local market audiences. Created the retail and digital convergence product “Scan Your Ticket” which turned physical tickets to digital. This initiative was a key driver in higher customer value & retention. Managed team of 10 including brand ambassadors and retail marketing team execs as well as being point for stakeholders across sales, production, brand comms and creative studio.

Delivered multiple key marketing campaigns under tight deadlines across paid & owned channels. Managed major ATL media placements across VIC & QLD for the FY16 Spring Carnival & Footy Finals campaigns leading to sharp increases in customer acquisition and turnover. Operated marketing calendar to ensure cost-effective promotional offers aligned with key business periods.
