Created Referral tracking system and Applicant Tracking System used by Recruiting team.-Utilize various applicant tracking systems to communicate and document relevant recruiting information from start to finish of the recruiting process for over 180 new hires every month across 17 sites-Responsible for posting internal and external positions and onboarding new hires into ADP across 3 companies, -Keep track of all referrals across multiple referral programs and sites as well as assist HR with multiple Audits including a 401(k) Audit, working with HR weekly to ensure all new hires have access to what they need, maintaining the workflow of the entire hiring process across the board to ensure there are no mistakes.-Assist recruiters with administrative tasks and updates, such as; preparing and sending offer letters, ordering, tracking, and following up on background checks and drug tests.-Responsible for recruitment of 5+ sites, recruiting typically 20 to 30 new hires every month, as well as filling in for other sites when recruiters were out of the office.-Assist and participate in recruiting open houses and job fairs as well as ongoing research of the industry to collect information on trends and events that impact the availability and quality of resources and candidates, coordinating the recruitment efforts, scheduling, and communication between candidates and the hiring team.
