The fund will provide competitive returns in the form of carbon credits or cash (investors choice), is backed by real assets with a 20 year history of 8.4% annual appreciation, is counter cyclical to the market, has no direct exposure to agricultural operations and can offer a portfolio hedge against carbon price exposure. All via a flexible "choose-what-you-need" service offering that serves a specific niche of landowners. In the first 2 years we achieved 200% of our targets, with 80% of the anticipated budget. We also developed and launched a software product, with a farmer-centric user experience, to fill a critical gap in service availability. After handing over the leadership of Dismantle Inc in Jan 2015, I served as an active director, focusing on strategy, business development and partnerships.

I worked in a nationally focused contract role with biodiversity and agriculture focused organisation Odonata, to integrate biodiversity conservation with regenerative agriculture. The ultimate goal was to establish investment ready agricultural projects that generate profit, sequester carbon, revive ecosystem functions and promote biodiversity.

Small giants is a family office and leading Australian impact investor. At Small Giants I worked with an amazing team to setup a commercial organic biointensive market garden at Mossy Willow Farm. Delivering weekly boxes to 40+ families, supplying 3 restaurants, a farmers market and some retail outlets off 3/4 off an acre. I was also involved in the development of the Small Giants regenerative agriculture impact investment strategy.
