Assisted in all aspects of operations for the Athens location, dealing with ordering office supplies, maintaining the tanning bed, scheduling appointments, and generally aiding others in duties and events. Worked closely with the maintenance team to ensure timely and responsive maintenance is delivered and followed up. Oversaw resident loyalty initiatives and Above and Beyond programs, encouraged and helped residents daily by answering questions, or offering a kind word or encouragement to them. Identified areas of need or concern on the property or in service as witnessed or learned from residents. Helped others with accounting (delinquencies, notifications, and ledgers), purchase orders, and maintained a budget for employee events and resident gifts. Developed a working knowledge of all office positions to aid or to cover positions for co-workers when needed.

Aspen Heights Athens

Worked with lead superintendent, and provided administrative support in the construction office. Oversaw payroll, filing, general office upkeep, etc. Temporary position staffed through BOS which led to permanent position with Aspen Heights.

Worked in the BOS Staffing office. Lead applicants through the application process, including gathering and documenting identification, computer testing and pre-screening for recruiters. Assisted recruiters in job placement and identifying the need for clients calling in regarding new jobs. Aided in payroll, as well as any other clerical tasks within the office for other recruiters as well as management.

In charge of formatting, editing, organization, printing, and production of the Student Notes. Managed a team of roughly 80-100 note-takers, providing them with support and assistance daily, while keeping them on schedule.
