Senior Advisor on Organizational development, people development, and succession planning for HUDs Government National Mortgage Association

As a Program Analyst in the Office of Strategic Initiatives, I provide worker empowerment and business development resources as well as technical assistance and compliance support to HUD grantees to provide economic opportunities to low-and very low-income workers and public housing residents/beneficiaries. From leading projects with Department of Energy to connect HUD residents to clean energy career paths to addressing zoning challenges that prevent communities from having adequate affordable housing, I have the pleasure of creating projects from scratch that significantly impact the lives of HUD beneficiaries. In addition to the projects I'm leading, I also create resources, frameworks, and provide guidance to HUD field staff on leading locally-driven, national projects on topics ranging from lead abatement workforce to digital equity and women's health. Outside of project management, I also oversee technical assistance for a number of topics and serve as an expert on the Section 3 labor policy focused on keeping HUD dollars local and driving employment opportunities wherever HUD invests.

Leading small group travel to the most amazing destinations with curated unique experiences making every trip a trip of a lifetime

As an Organizational Development Specialist for Peace Corps, I am working with The Institute of Democracy (IOD) in Batumi, Republic of Georgia. IOD is an organization that focuses on projects aimed at civic engagement, promoting and providing support to small business development, supporting education, and assisting with legal aid and access to employment for former inmates and their family members. IOD also provides new young mothers access to education and increases awareness of their legal rights. As their Peace Corps partner, I provide consultation on project management methods, serve as a resource for designing and facilitating training programs to various beneficiaries, and provide internal organizational leadership development and best practices in organizational effectiveness. In addition to my work at the Institute of Democracy, I also partner with the American Corner and GLOW (Girls Leading Our World) NGO. These secondary projects give me the opportunity to work directly with the Georgian youth, allowing me to see the impact of our collaborative projects through activities such as gender equality, girls empowerment, public speaking, English clubs, leadership development, and project management workshops. Served as committee member for GLOW (Girls Leading Out World) leading initiatives for Organizational Development and Sustainability as well as lead programming activities and supporting girls' development in leadership, project management, communication, healthy lifestyles, and career development.

As a Training Center Coordinator, I would be the go-to person for all onsite instructor led classes. In this role, I would coordinate all logistics including attendee travel, equipment, and materials for up to 12 classes per month. Additionally, I played a strong role in assisting the LMS administration team, supporting up to 1,500 employees throughout the western section of the US with all online learning needs. This position gave me the opportunity to develop my skills and knowledge in learning and development, instructor led training, online learning platform management, and new employee onboarding.

As a Sales Manager for PSAV, I served as a consultative sales manager for hotel groups at both The Phoenician Resort and Talking Stick Resort. In this role, I would serve as the pre-event and onsite audio visual Sales Manager for events of $100-100,000 in Audio Visual revenue. This consultative sales role would include high level customer attention, leading teams of up top 15 technicians, and assuring the success of the events.
