• Managed a Data Integration project to push data between our company and our customers to get large fulfillment projects automated.• Lead business process documentation efforts to support business process improvements using both funnel-down (shows the process at different layers including executive, management, user and IT) and swim lane models.• Project managed internally several projects including upgrading our ERP system, yearly integrations with certain customers and with e-commerce solutions (Storefront).

• Managed a court system’s implementation, daily tasks, and phased approach, including negotiating issues between vendors and clients to bring mutually beneficial results, and delivering executive-level presentations on project status.• Supported a non-profit and a Commission on Crime & Delinquency in creating county-level exchange models across a tri-county area which resulted in multiple agencies’ consensus on priorities, along with producing models of current and future business processes and prioritization of high-value county-level exchanges for justice integration.• Developed an enterprise IT architecture for the state’s trial courts which involved gathering and reconciling IT assets, plans, and specifications for all administrative offices of the Courts’ technology initiatives.• Audited the state’s Computerized Criminal History (CCH) database by assessing accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of records, including organizing future strategies for multiple projects that generated an increase in public safety and decrease in felon gun permits for 4 consecutive years thereafter.

• Expertly cleaned and submitted hospital data for distribution to government agencies, and created training materials and QA testing for healthcare information systems during Oracle platform upgrades from 7.7 to 7.8.• Delivered exceptional client-facing interactions (i.e. in person, telephone, WebEx, PC Anywhere) to support the sales of new versions and additional products while ensuring clients received full functionality of current products.
