CurrentIn my current position, I am a valuable member of the team and an important pillar of organizational support. I assist the White Cap team with continued success of providing great service to individuals and businesses within the United States, as well as internationally. I maintain accounts, budgets, record keeping, office organization and general workflow using Microsoft Word, Excel, Oracle and PowerPoint. I problem solve, prioritize, and time manage. I am a self-starter as well as a great multitasker, team player, and excel at managing legal documents, performing detailed research, and maintaining calendars. I am familiar with best practices and a fast learner when it comes to new systems and procedures, and I am adept at arranging correspondence in a variety of different ways, from letters to phone calls to email. My previous experience with the USPS has given me the opportunity to excel in my customer service and communicative skills and vastly improve my leadership abilities. I am extremely dedicated and focused on my work. You can count on me to be timely, helpful and reliable from day to day.
