•Partnering with key business stakeholders to ensure sourced material and services meet the needs of the business and customers. •Develops solutions and delivers on Priorities for IT, Legal, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Utilities and Professional Services. Develop parameters, conduct and plan supplier negotiations.• Review existing contracts. • Responsible for the management of global activities associated with procurement of direct material related to PEX Product Line. • Provided regional procurement category leadership, working closely with multiple site locations and developing strategies on regional supply chain activities to ensure that cost, quality and delivery objectives were met.• Aligned and managed global spend analytics and the reporting of the supply chain function.

• Reviewed and managed Indirect Procurement Strategic Categories (global) with data analysis, RFP, RFQ, negotiation, internal and external process, and policies.• Implemented 8 countries with the Travel, Expense and Credit Card Program and transitioned PCard program to the new global supplier.• Responsible for timely reporting of cost savings and cost avoidance in relation to RFP activities.• Realized $621K in cost savings with Corporate Card, Print Program, ADP Contract and Shredding Program.
