The Site Lead executes staffing, event management and logistics activities at assigned installation; ensures integrated and proactive communications, quality management and risk management practices and will be responsible for providing supervisory, leadership and professional development of benefit advisors. Support the ongoing implementation, sustainment and enhancement of TAP, ensuring servicemembers and their families have the necessary tools and information to seamlessly transition to civilian life.In addition, must ensure leadership, oversight of the project, the good stewardship of the resources, compliance of the execution of work, proper timekeeping and conduct of personnel.

As the District Executive in the Northern Lights Council, Boy Scouts of America. I serve the Tomahawk District that covers 10 counties in north central North Dakota. I am responsible for overseeing over 700 youth and 400 adult volunteers. My duties also include overseeing events ranging from Cub Scout fun days, golf tournament fundraisers, district-wide camp-outs, and training events. With a high-level volunteer team, we build better Boy Scout Troops and Cub Scout Packs through service, training and creating an atmosphere for success.

Managed a 28 member maintenance department. Worked hand in hand with Italian counterparts to ensure the safe, secure and reliable maintenance and storage of 6.2 billion dollars in United States explosive ordnance. Directly responsible for fostering a team environment while ensuring all members are trained and equipped to complete 2.4 thousand maintenance tasks annually.

Managed an 80 member maintenance department. Oversaw the production and scheduling of 487 aerospace vehicles, 78 aircraft to ordnance interface systems, and 3.2 billion dollars in specialized equipment. Responsible for enforcing strict compliance to safety, environmental, and government standards. Accountable for building strong teams and open communication while ensuring all members are trained and equipped to complete 4.4 thousand maintenance tasks annually.

Supervised 16 Facility Managers, responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of five government facilities valued at $65 million.
