My responsibilities include answering the phones and taking service requests (either by phone or email) and entering the service work orders, then dispatching them to the proper technician. I dispatch calls for 18 technicians over nine states. Once the service requests have been completed, I will either order parts for the return trip or prepare an estimate for the repairs. I am also responsible for invoicing the completed calls and issuing purchase orders, if needed. I am also on call for emergency calls.

I was also responsible for verifying insurance coverage and collecting co-payments, I was responsible for setting patients up on prescribed equipment and teaching them how to proper use the equipment. I was responsible for running daily, weekly and monthly reports and verifying that the reports were correct and correcting them, if needed. I was responsible for making sure that all documentation requirements were met per the insurance guidelines. I was responsible for ordering office supplies and training new employees.
