Founding member and executive director. Axis Mundi Center offers affordable, flat-fee psychotherapy to clients, and specializes in developing and offering mental health care that is culturally humble. It offers a very limited amount of internships to new clinicians with demonstrated commitments to AM's system of values and standards of excellence and whose presence in the field would be historically challenged or excluded.

Providing clinical oversight and quality assurance for the organization as a whole, as well as training and professional development. Providing clinical supervision for all onboarding clinicians, and clinicians who specialize in depth, existential, Jungian, and archetypal psych with an interest in the overlap of social justice issues, marginalization, and neurodivergence.

Contributing to the new and accredited MA program in Marriage and Family Therapy, with a focus on Trauma Informed Care and cultural competency. Currently teaching Professional Application of Ethics and the Law, and Interface of Society and Human Development.

Adjunct position in the College of Graduate and Professional Studies, teaching coursework in the Counseling Psychology programs, both clinical and holistic. Focus and specialty is in depth psychology, particularly Jungian and post-Jungian studies, the application of Law and Ethics, Diagnosis and Assessment, Cross Cultural Issues in Counseling, Ecopsychology, and Archetypal Psychology.

Hired as interim CD when long-standing CD went on medical leave. Primarily a position of compliance and development – assessed organization’s clinical compliance, intake department, hiring and onboarding processes, professional development curriculum, and leadership structures. Assessed organizational work culture, with a DEIAB lens. Created processes and structures to address challenges and/or concerns noted in all areas. Managed implementation and administration. Solidified a co-directorship model of leadership with more collaborative hierarchies of power. Sourced and hired a new Clinical Director more in line with org mission and vision, as well as current relaunch goals. Am currently working on revisioning and restructuring the Board of Directors towards more alignment with the new org culture and a decolonizing frame.

MFT focusing on group psychotherapy, individual, and couples and families. I am continuing to refine my therapeutic style, which is reflective of Jungian analysis, mindfulness, and my studies in somatic methods of working with trauma. Dreams, stories, and life myths are used to explore current patterns and issues, and my relationship with the client slowly becomes a safe ground to practice new ways of living.
