I am looking for a job in the Rexburg/Rigby area.

Prepare homes for construction by creating an estimate, building a notice to process, bidding the job out to subcontractors, issuing the P.O.s and creating the schedule. Post invoices and write checks for accounts payable. Postgeneral journal entries for payroll expenses. Learned warranty position as back up, to create work orders forresidents to sub contractors. Manage multiple phone lines, with additional miscellaneous tasks. Started as an officemanager and progressed to purchasing contracts administrator within two years.

My main responsibility was managing phone calls, clients and scheduling appointments. I completed payroll fornumerous companies, along with general bookkeeping. Completed data entry for quarterly payroll reports andcompletes quarterlies for about a dozen companies. Processed tax returns. Created invoices and sent out billing toover 100 clients monthly.

Organized files for about 60 residential and foster children, each file had to be compliant with JJS and DCFSregulations, along with each staff file and foster parent files. Communicated with caseworkers on a regular basis,setting up family team meetings and reviewing paperwork. Completed monthly billing for foster, tracker and youthclients.
