Payroll Administrator
CurrentMy responsibilities at this job from start to finish are; Process payroll for three stores, one of them being the largest in Utah out of our 9 stores. After payroll processing; post GL, WIP and Commission Analysis reports. Clearing out accounts in dealertrack, commissions, employee accounts receivables. Pay all bills due before, after and during payroll processing; FSA, Patient, 401k, dental, vision, life, ect and clear out those accounts at the end of the month. Writing checks for several different situations, involuntary terminations, pay advances, missed pay from managers, spiffs, service tool reimbursements, ect. I process unemployment claims, upload garnishments and deduct Accounts receivables, and upload all sales licenses.
