My responsibilities at this job from start to finish are; Process payroll for three stores, one of them being the largest in Utah out of our 9 stores. After payroll processing; post GL, WIP and Commission Analysis reports. Clearing out accounts in dealertrack, commissions, employee accounts receivables. Pay all bills due before, after and during payroll processing; FSA, Patient, 401k, dental, vision, life, ect and clear out those accounts at the end of the month. Writing checks for several different situations, involuntary terminations, pay advances, missed pay from managers, spiffs, service tool reimbursements, ect. I process unemployment claims, upload garnishments and deduct Accounts receivables, and upload all sales licenses.

My responsibilities at this job from start to finish were; Process jobs for the sales and shop department, Receipt checks and daily bank deposits, Oversaw and processed all invoice and store bills, electric, shop supplies, ect. Excellent customer service, this was a family owned business and the customers were always the priority to please with the work we provided. I also assisted in processing payroll and helped in other departments during the slow months.

My responsibilities at this job from start to finish were; Onboarding all new hires for all 9 car dealerships, Keeping up multiple spreadsheets shared with the HR and Payroll department. Processing and uploading payforms, pay changes, new hires, terminations, drug tests and workers comp, sales license application and renewals. Aside from the HR onboarding position I started with, I took on benefits for all of the Utah employees at the company. I oversaw the employees I onboarded with their benefits and insurance. My responsibilities at this job from start to finish were; Processing payroll for the whole company. I assisted in the security department on the weekends. My main job at this company was private investigations, where Ioversaw my own cases, several at a time, being on call 24/7, replacing trackers, working 12 plus hours on cases when needed overnight, uploading my case reports, track logs, any information needed for the team. I also made the work schedules for all of the P.I’s on the team. I voluntarily left this company giving a two week notice.
