I have been a state employee for almost 20 years, working in the career field of higher education and family services. I have developed and delivered training curriculum for professional development of leaders and supporting staff. I have developed communication skills with people of various ages, backgrounds, and interest, exemplifying the ability to work well with others. I can provide evaluations followed by verbal and written reporting to proper authorities to ensure progress and development. I possess proficient knowledge of and practice with mentoring new employees as they come into the field and become acclimated to their surroundings. I have led a team of 40+ employees and develop their leadership and communication skills in order to motivate them to progress higher within the agency. I have organized and implemented a conference of 250 attendees to encourage and motivate positive work ethics and also provide leadership skills and tools.
