Lacy Norman received her international STOTT PILATES Certification after completing the Intensive Mat-Plus program at the Ballet Memphis Pilates Center in January 2007. She has been instructing students in group and one-on-one sessions ever since. Drawing from her background in Massage Therapy, she began working with Chiropractors, offering therapeutic pilates rehab sessions to clients after moving to Jacksonville in April 2007. Lacy teaches her students mind/body awareness for ease of movement and injury prevention; as well as how to breathe three dimensionally while strengthening the core. In addition to Pilates, she loves Belly Dance, Drumming, Yoga and all mind/body movement practices.
