In Poultry Investment SA I lead a team of professionals who are passionate about creating value and growth for the poultry sector in Romania, an operation located in the Transylvanian region in 15 different places, a fully vertically integrated business, counting over 800 employees.In addition, I continue to oversee the operations and performance of UBM Feed Romania, a leading feed producer company, a result of a greenfield investment in Mures.As the Vice President of the Romanian Feed Manufacturers Association (ANFNC) I contribute to the advocacy and representation of the feed industry at the national and European level. As a Founder of Agro Consulting Club and active alumni of GTK Business Consulting Club, I am actively contributing to the professional development of highly talented students of the USAMV Cluj and UBB FSEGA Cluj.My mission is to foster innovation, quality and sustainability in the agriculture and food industry, to support the development and growth of the businesses.
