Starting in the 90’s, my experience in service has been diverse across three continents (Europe, Asia and Americas) and has included hands-on field service work and coordination in Southern Europe, while now includes people management and development, coordination with global colleagues, providers and customers, creating operational and procedural efficiencies, effective reporting, budget management and CS sales. For the past seven years, my geographical responsibility has been for North, Central and South America, managing a team of 15 Field Service Engineers.
