Verum has developed a unique technology to verify and validate software designs in early phases of the software development process and provides software engineers with a range of tools that will free their creativity, liberating them from the constraints of conventional development methods and opening up a new, organized and fun way to create sophisticated software controlled systems.At Verum I have used and I worked on a unique technology, called Analytical Software Design (ASD), embedded in a toolset, called ASD:Suite, to help customers to develop complete and correct software. Later on ASD was replaced by Dezyne.These are the various activities I had the chance to fulfil:• Design: Participate in customer projects to design and build software applications using the ASD:Suite and Dezyne. Model Based Engineering expertise and software design knowledge used in small, medium and large projects.• Development: Development and improvement of Verum’s toolset.• Support: Dealing with all kind of technical issues related to introduction of ASD & Dezyne at customers, participate in training & workshops, perform release acceptance tests and extend the set of regression tests, providing technical support to customers and the Verum development team, setup & maintenance of Verum’s internal systems & tools.• Testing: Ensure that the ASD:Suite fulfills user's expectation and as well complies to expected quality standards.

Worked on a joint research project between Verum and LaQuSo (Research Laboratory for Quality Software of Eindhoven University of Technology) entitled “Modelling the timed behaviour of real-time systems”.The work consisted in identifying possibilities for joining timed analysis of real-time systems with system verification using mathematical formalism.

During the program I had the chance to improve my skills in the following areas: project management, (software) system design, architecture, verification and validation, in multicultural and multi-disciplinary teams.The result of my graduation project (9 month), where I worked together with a colleague, is a simulator for real-time systems which simulates the behavior of the system as an interaction between models of individual parts of the system. The project was located at the Embedded Systems Institute in Eindhoven.

Teaching different disciplines from the curricula of the 3rd year and 4th year at the Computer Science Department of the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, like Functional Programming, Fundamentals of Computer Graphics, Software Engineering, and Graphic Processing Systems.In this period I managed group of students working at small projects for those disciplines. It was a challenging and useful experience where I faced challenges of project management and team leading.

Member of the development team responsible for designing/developing an information system for the university. At different stages of the development process I fulfilled various roles, like designer, architect, developer and tester.
