Interdisciplinary Scientist | Specializing in Light, Perception, and PhotographyI am an interdisciplinary scientist with a deep interest in the captivating domains of light, perception, and photography. Currently, I hold positions as an R&D Associate at the Czech National eHealth Center and a Scientific Researcher at Palacký University Olomouc.In addition to my current roles, I provide freelance consultancy services to students, companies, and colleagues from various universities. Equipped with my own development laboratory and workshop, I offer comprehensive support throughout all project stages, from literature research and clinical study design to diverse measurements of physical objects and biomedical signals, particularly in the field of psychophysiology.Drawing from my background in applied physics, optical engineering, and biomedical engineering, I bring over 10 years of work experience spanning academia, industry, and the health sector. My strong commitment to understanding human perception has led me to co-found the Human-Light Interaction Laboratory in 2019, where we conduct research that includes studying the perception of modern automotive headlamps. Consequently, I strive to absorb a broad spectrum of knowledge rather than confine myself to a single topic.When I'm not immersed in scientific endeavors, I find relaxation in reading, especially sci-fi literature, and giving a second life to electronic and other waste. I strongly advocate for reevaluating what we consider non-usable waste, as there are plenty of potential second-use scenarios for products that no longer serve their original purpose.I look forward to connecting with potential clients who share an enthusiasm for groundbreaking research and innovation.
