As an accomplished consultant with more than ten years of experience in executive search, specializing in Board and C-level searches in consumer-facing industries including retail, hospitality & leisure and media & advertising. An expert in conducting cross-border searches for local, regional and multinational corporations, spanning many key functions including corporate affairs, sales marketing & strategy and human resources. My responsibility also covers business development of Executive Coaching Services and client relationship management within this area. Before joining Amrop Slovakia, I was working more than four years as Human Resources Manager for one of the biggest global retailer. Primary I was responsible for HR and training issues in the Czech and Slovak Republics. Throughout my career, I have participated on a variety of HR projects for retail units, logistics centers and head office, covering senior managerial as well as specialized positions. I bring to my actual role a strong corporate human resources background. The area of my professional experience also covers creation and implementation of competency model in retail sector, preparation, timing and realization of mass recruitment campaigns for various formats of retail units and logistics warehouses.
