As a Client Services Manager at Global Experience Specialists (GES), I have been instrumental in managing a portfolio of high-profile clients since January 2022. In my current role as Operations Coordinator for Synergy Behavioral Health’s Ingalls Memorial Hospital location, I am always looking for means to improve the Behavioral Health Unit’s (BHU) efficiency. I am often found compiling large amounts of data through various spreadsheets and databases to analyze trends and predict possible improvements in Unit procedures. I liaison between administrative leadership, clinical staff, and outside vendors to ensure the BHU is providing the best possible outcomes for its patients.

As a Business Development Specialist I am responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying new sells opportunities. I act as a liaison for Mercy Hospital's Behavioral Health programming and our community partners. My responsibilities also include processing large amounts of program data to make predictions and assemble detailed reports. I participate in monthly Business development meetings with the company's President, Vice President of Operations and the Director of Behavioral Health. In addition to my duties as a Business Development Specialist I also act a Web Designer building and improving the company website. In my role as Office Manager with Synergy Behavioral Health, I can frequently be found crafting internal office email correspondences and memorandums, that ensure office efficiency through clear communication and implementation of office systems. I am responsible for scheduling and assigning employees to patient assessments as well as office tasks, organizing office services, and creating special reports that give monthly summaries of program services rendered.

As Intake Coordinator for Mercy Hospital's Behavioral Health IOP services, it falls to me to organize large amounts of clinical information to be relayed to clinician in as concise of a manner as possible.I have been tasked with developing scheduling calendars that capture pertinent patient demographic information as well as patient collateral symptomatology; designing charge tickets that accurately convey services rendered by clinical team members and creating visually appealing referral forms that patients can use to seek out follow up care.

Quake Technology Inc. is a small electronic entertainment company just outside of Chicago. They provide a number of services to clients such as: creation of 2D/3D assets, creation of Flash based web games, Logo design, and Videography to name a few.I interned at this small electronic entertainment company for a period of 3 months, helping with creative solutions for promotion of the company (logo designs, advertising, etc.), as well as attending to the company's client needs (creating 2D sprites for Flash games, conceptualizing level and character designs, making 3D asset to be implemented in short animation pieces, etc).While working for the company I learned a great deal on how to work individually to meet team needs in a timely and concise fashion; as well as how to professionally interact with clients.

I worked as a photographer taking memorable keepsake photos at different historic and popular venues around the city of chicago This was a fast paced job that required rapid turnaround of photo production. I learned a great deal in regards to professional customer interactions and proper customer service.
