Maison Victors (formerly Straw Bale Distillery) is a French premium whisky, gin, pastis and rum distillery, using only fully organic and locally grown botanical plants and barley. We strive to elaborate entirely on our own the very finest products from selected raw plants, using traditional but efficient techniques.As part of my role, I'm actively working on building and executing the expansion plan of the distillery, to make it a more significant venture while maintaining the craftsmanship and core set of values of our distillery. We successfully raised a significant capital round and our dreams will welcome reality in the foreseeable future.
