CurrentPrimary responsibilities:- Overall responsible for all processes within customer success and support and for improving these processes further- Daily manager of the customer success and support team in SimplerQMS A/S - Responsible for all customer projects and support – and for ensuring that customers find our processes professional, effective and value creating.- Responsible for customer relations, for collection of systematic customer feedback through regular contact with all customers – Ensure that customer success team has deep understanding of customer situation and use cases - Ensure high customer satisfaction due to well driven implementation projects, daily support and for constant initiatives to increase customers benefits of SimplerQMS product and services
