1.Requirements Gathering and Analysis◦Oversee gathering of requirements through formal requirements gathering methodologies.◦Oversee the collation of requirements into standard requirements gathering templates for sign-off◦Provide guidance and subject matter expertise on Requirements Gathering and Business Analysis2.Business Process Analysis and optimization◦Review Business Processes and policies of clients to assess project delivery strategies◦Provide guidance and subject matter expertise on business process analysis and optimization3.Project/Program Management/Delivery◦Plan, manage, execute Microsoft Dynamics implementations using Sure Step Methodology◦Train end users ◦Manage other bespoke developments using applicable SDLC principles◦Provide oversight and guidance to programmers in the preparation of test scripts◦Conduct Systems and Integration tests◦Participate in Clients User Acceptance Testing process◦Prepare and maintain project management artifacts such as: project schedule, project plan, risk register, issues log, communications plan, etc.4.Reporting◦Prepare periodic reports for all stakeholders◦Prepare ad hoc project status reports◦Organise kick off, project review, project closure, etc meetings5.
