Manage the overall the brand direction and creative development for the Tracy Reese and Plenty brands. Liaison between head designers and executive management, ensuring brand visions are collections are executed within proper branding standards, and maintaining the creative distinctions between the individual brand identities. Director of all special projects and brand collaborations with major retail partners such as Anthropologie, Nordstrom's and Barneys; Provide product design concepts, and work with design teams to adapt existing style to fit with the partner brand. Supervise a team of 5 design assistants, managing the execution of design process and ensuring the precision of artwork prior to release to factories. Assist with trends for shoe licensing for Tracy Reese and Plenty brands, as well as handbag line. Manage the relationships between factories, production and design teams.

Assisted with trend research and development of concepts for the Tracy Reese and Plenty collections. Assisted on the design & creative development for collections; produced artwork, created beading, embroidery and textile designs, and provided technical specifications for sample line. Responsible for textile research, attending PV twice a year; shopped stores overseas for trend and line development. Supervised design room operations, and coordinated relationships with factories. Provided comments on LAB-DIPs.

Oversaw and developed the inspiration, vision and overall brand direction for the Frock by Tracy Reese collection; Created all artwork, textile and beading design, managing chosen products from initial sample to final completion. Played a key role in special projects and partnerships with major retail outlets including Anthropologie, Nordstrom's and Barneys; Created product design ideas, provided concept boards, and helped adapt existing style to fit with the partner brand. Selected fabrics, prints and silhouettes, and provided technical specifications for each style. Consistently met buyers' target prices without compromising product quality. Managed the product development for knitwear and wovens. Conducted fabric and trend research, and adapted it to fit the Tracy Reese brand image. Managed communication between factories, design and production teams.

Created visual store merchandising plan to maximize floor space and sales. Researched an recommended color and style trends for snowboard and skateboard apparel lines. Sourced merchandise at regional and national tradeshows including SIA. Designed store window displays based on theme, style and current trends in snowboarding and skateboarding.
