For the past five years, I have worked closely with special needs children, first through various teaching agencies and currently as a permanent Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in the Science Department at Oakwood High School. In this role, I have gained valuable insights into effective teaching strategies and have developed a deep understanding of how to support students according to their individual needs.I have completed numerous Continuing Professional Development (CPD) trainings, which have equipped me with practical strategies to enhance student learning and engagement. This training, combined with my strong foundation in Maths and Science, enables me to provide tailored support that helps my students achieve their maximum potential.Additionally, my experience as a freelance interpreter over the past 15 years has honed my communication skills, allowing me to effectively connect with students and collaborate with colleagues. I am committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.
