I wore a variety of hats in the years that I held this role, such as managing leadership-level op mechs and team-wide meetings. My responsibilities also included supporting the success and productivity of the design team via op mechs, budget and resourcing; collecting metrics for company dashboards, and bringing together content and resources for offsite events and meetings. Overall, I drove a number of programs focused on metrics and communications for the Technology Futures group at Intuit.

Supported Chief Innovation Officer and SVP Bharath Kadaba and Intuit's global innovation org, Intuit Futures.Originally I came on as a contractor through ICon Professional Services and became an Intuit employee in Feb '15. My time at Intuit began with supporting the Chief Innovation Officer (3 months), then Intuit's Chief Architect (1 month), and since have supported two VPs and a global team. Working heavily in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Google Docs to organize logistics, communication, and do whatever it takes on my behalf to contribute to the success of the execs and their teams. I am truly honored to work at such an inspiring and innovative company surrounded by brilliant, wonderful people.

Teach art to children, grades K-12, based out of the studio’s curriculum, working one-on-one, leading class-wide sketch projects, collaborating with senior staff, planning and leading the gallery team in hanging artwork within the workspace weekly.

Sole member of pastry department; attentive to increasing sales; creating new product; focus on local, seasonal, organic ingredients; consistent quality; taking directions; delegating; and collaborating on menus.

Worked closely with owner, supervised staff and scheduling, managed social media, barista, waitress, cash register operator, dishwasher, and contributor to every other task that a small business requires of its team.
