- In charge of a just born department, acting as an in-house counselor and making the interface with the external legal offices in order to discuss strategies, controlling the situation of the legal cases and also filing lawsuits when necessary. Besides that, the department developed many preventive activities and gave support to the commercial areas in the legal aspects of the negotiations/contracts and keeping them informed of changes in the legislation. The Department also used to control the trademarks of the Group and provide consultation in the area of consumer law and industrial property. In house counsel at Solvay do Brasil S.A. providing legal support to all companies of the group in Brazil. Hired to work as an in-house counsel in the Legal Department which mission was to give legal support to all companies of the Group that were located in many parts of Brazil. Except Labor law, the role comprised a series of works concerning all other fields of law (civil, commercial and tax law), and also filing lawsuits when it was necessary. Preventing from litigation, legal opinion were issued about many situations that were presented by the other departments which included the analysis of various kinds of contracts.
