This finalization of this PhD was carried out in a collaboration between the Clinical Biomarker group at H. Lundbeck A/S, and the Technical University of Denmark (DTU Compute, section for cognitive systems). PhD title "Neuroimaging based predictions and Subtyping in Schizophrenia Spectrum Disorders" Main focus areas: - Supervised ML to predict disease diagnosis and symptoms in Schizophrenia Spectrum Disorders, based on task based and resting state fMRI data from multiple sites- Unsupervised ML methods for feature extraction and disease subtyping- Investigate way to increase generalizability, e.g., multi-site variability reduction and transfer learning to independent test sets

Two-year Talent Program comprised of rotations, mentoring, job shadowing and activities to learn about the entire value chain. Homebase: Translational Biomarkers and Imaging (1 year)- Developing translational biomarker strategies for CNS active compounds in early clinical development - Leading KOL interactions, systematic literature review, and support regulatory submissions- Balancing the inclusion of biomarkers with operational feasibility and patient burden Rotation 1: Department of Biostatistics - Supporting study design, power calculations and writing of statistical analysis plans- TLF programming, exploratory data analysis and QC (SAS and R) Rotation 2: Department of Data science Using unsupervised/semi supervised machine learning (ML) for disease subtyping (Python, R, MatLab)

2 years enrollment as a PhD student in collaboration between DTU and the Danish Research Centre for Magnetic Resonance (DRCMR). 1 year maternity leave

Focusing on multi-modal brain imaging and brain stimulation using Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), functional MRI (fMRI) and electroencephalography (EEG). - Planning and executing projects independently (planning, data collection, analysis, and publication- Setting up new equipment (concurrent TMS-fMRI, and TMS-EEG) and experimental paradigms (incl. programming of experiments)- running imaging/brain stimulation laboratories, training employees, and writing manuals/documentation

- Counselling of enrolled and applying students about studies and personal matters- Developing learning resources (in collaboration with DTU LearningLab), group workshops and teaching (>500 participants)
