Kononowicz Subject: The aim of the internship was to study the extent to which body movement tracking can provide insight into the behavioral covariates of time perception in rats. Skills:> Extraction of 2D coordinates of body parts across experimental sessions from videos using a tool based on transfer learning with deep neural networks (DeepLabCut).> Data analysis (PCA, t-SNE, clustering)> Prediction of the rat's temporal performance from tracking its movements at the start of a trial using supervised learning algorithms.> Main tools: DeepLabCut and Python (Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Tensorflow etc.)
