Work Experience:I maintained the front desk and reception area at a very upmarket restaurant in Stellenbosch. My duties were to keep the receptions clean and neat. I greeted the guest, made sure that the guest was always the priority and ensure their happiness. I kept the bathrooms in a fashionable order organized. I answered all incoming calls and handled caller’s inquiries was also my responsibility as well as the floorplan and the bookings. I have very good knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Office Programs. With my nursing certificate, I gained the necessary knowledge about medical terms and situations. I have a passion for the medical world and would like to be working in an environment where I can use my qualification as a Clinical Nursing Assistant.
