In charge of the Communication Department, gathering a team of 3 people, this position included both online marketing and journalism.I managed the online communication (website, SEO, mailings, social networks, online campaign, etc.) as well as press relationships. I worked on digital projects, such as the creation and launching of Franceinkorea21.com, promoting French business activities in Korea.I was also in charge of the publications of the Chamber (directory, French Wine guide book, etc.) and managed the quarterly and bilingual magazine Corée Affaires, which aims at spoting and analysing business opportunities in Korean market.I managed the budgets and the search for announcers and sponsors for the different online channels and publications.

I developed print communication and created the documents (flyers, program, etc) with the graphists or by myself (indesign and quark). I drew and managed media and communication plannings (advertising in the medias, etc).I worked on the digital communication, managing the website, the newsletters, social networksand creative blogs. I was in charge of Abd Al Malik (famous French singer)’s show: I created the communication documents, managed the social networks, and created a blog to promote the show.

I was part of the marketing department, which is the center of the company, gathering information from the internal and external collaborators. I assisted on the commercial launching of albums (5 or 6 per week), in collaboration with the international labels. I followed the fabrication of the products and was preparing the briefing of the selling team.I composed marketing & promotional activities such as the creation of commercial sales points, advertising campaigns, press relationships, and communication documents (flyers, press inserts, etc.)I was also in charge of organizing the promotional journeys of the artists in France. I coordinated their schedules, planned their meetings, hotels and trips, according to their riders and specific obligations.

In charge of prospecting new customers. According to the datas, we drew relevant actions and determine specific targets for each event.Developed and distributed communication documents such as flyers and posters, drafted press releases, updated and managed newsletters, website and social medias such as Facebook and Twitter.I assisted in organizing social events (press conference, meetings).

With a team of 6 persons, we organized a 2 day festival hosting 2 000 participants. I was in charge of the event logistics, and hired service providers such as sound and lights technicians, venue rental companies, etc. I developed and managed the budget (20 000euros), fulfilled artists’ accommodation and catering needs performed administrative necessities such as managing security and fulfilling artists’ accommodation and catering needs. I made the staff’s plannings (50 persons) and managed communication strategy.I communicated with sponsors especially in the contact, sales point, recalling, and negotiation phases (sponsors obtained: BNP Paris Bas, Logica, etc)
