I manage complex & strategic projects in support of the executive management of the Adevinta group leading second hands marketplaces across Europe, Brasil & Canada (eg. leboncoin, kleinanzeigen, habitaclia, coches.net, 2ndhands, subito, mobile.de, kijji, OLX...).

I manage the Privacy & Compliance team and I'm in charge of all the Privacy & Compliance topic for leboncoin group. Privacy - DPO : - Manage and ensure compliance of all leboncoin Group entities with personal data regulation- Establish and implement the Privacy governance of the Leboncoin Group & manage privacy project- Manage complaints and ensure respect for the rights of data subjects and the protection of their data- Manage the establishment, storage and update of the privacy documentation- Ensure collaboration with all team and notably Product & Tech teams- Develop tools and procedures to improve monitoring, control and compliance of the Group with regulations relating to personal data- Follow and analyse the evolution of regulation and case law at national and European level regarding personal data - Train employees in the proper understanding and application of procedures and regulation- Support lawyers in the contractual negotiation of personal data clauses and annexes (DPA, contractual clauses...)- Collaborate with the teams of the Adevinta Group to ensure the consistency of privacy within the Adevinta Group (parent company)- Participate to professional associations activities (IAB, FEVAD..)- Be the contact point of Data protection AuthorityCompliance : - Manage and ensure compliance of all leboncoin Goup entities with compliance regulation (notably anti-bribery) - Manage the establishment and update of the risk mapping - Advise and inform business teams on any non compliance risks- Establish and update compliance policies (Sapin 2, duty of vigilance...) - Establish, maintain and update all required compliance documentation- Ensure the implementation and development of tools and procedures - Ensure employee awareness and training actions on topics relating to Compliance- Follow and analyse the evolution of regulation and case law at national and European level
