En 3 ans, la Fresque du Climat est devenue l’outil référence pour permettre aux individus et organisations de s’approprier le défi du changement climatique.J'anime la fresque en toute simplicité : les cartes parlent d'elles-mêmes, pas besoin d'en rajouter. Le but est que les personnes passent un bon moment et ressortent motivées à passer à l'action !

Le Club IÉSEG for Change regroupe des ancien.ne.s étudiant.e.s qui agissent pour :>> Mobiliser la communauté IÉSEG autour des grands enjeux socio-environnementaux de notre époque. >> Accompagner les diplômé.e.s et les étudiant.e.s à devenir des acteurs de la transition.

- Manage and mentor four people;- Help team members to manage their portfolio of clients, especially on the strategic vision;- Report direction justifying team performance;- Recruit 6 permanent employees and 9 trainees and be involved in the recruitment process: from writing the job ad to selectioning and interviewing candidates to the employee’s integration;- Train 60+ people in SEA and / or SMAOther mission : launch the BtoB training offer with another person : create the offer, communicate, deal with the prospects, create the training supports and deliver the training.

- Independently manage a diversified portfolio of clients, across many sector (such as Balinea.com, Selectour, Audible.fr, Brandalley, MSF, Faguo, Privateaser…) with monthly advertising budgets up to 200 K€;- Develop, implement and continuously improve the digital strategic vision of each account, with a focus on improving ROI;- Analyze and manage SEA and SMA accounts (mainly Search Adwords and Display, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads and Youtube) on a daily basis;- Report back to customers and management justifying performance;- Meet the prospects and propose a SEA / SMA strategy;- Perform audits of Adwords and Facebook Ads accounts.Other mission : transitional management at ORBIT, Casablanca (140 persons) - 3 months
