Oversee all aspects of valuation, diligence, approval, and documentation, while coordinating analysis efforts of internal insurance, technical, environmental and legal specialists; negotiating terms and legal documents alongside other lenders.Active portfolio management including performance analysis, construction monitoring and trouble account mitigation. Responsible for setting the U/W guidelines and commodity price decks for O&G lending to adapt to market changes.Developed ongoing client relationships with power focused private equity clients and agent banks.

Underwriting deal team leader focused on underwriting natural resource investments including private equity based Oil & Gas partnerships, financing to support GE Oil and Gas customers and surge support for midstream equity investments.• Underwrote over $1.5B of bids and proposals on Oil & Gas and Midstream investments in 2014 and 2015.• Led modeling, financial analysis, structuring, due diligence, negotiation, documentation and credit request efforts to identify, mitigate and communicate commercial, economic and legal risks for Oil & Gas partnerships and midstream investments.• Partnered with Enterprise Risk Management team to develop a deal specific internal leverage limits for Oil & Gas partnerships. Identified significant contributing variables in comp sets to establish sliding scale adjustment model.• Led efforts with Oil & Gas team AVPs & Associates to update underwriting valuation / pricing model for increased ease of use and reduced learning time.

Held multiple roles of increasing responsibility managing equity based portfolio investments as well as underwriting debt and equity investments. • Portfolio management: Responsible for +$500MM of equity investments in midstream oil and gas related projects located in North America and Mexico. Led ongoing efforts concentrated on improving investment performance and profitability to increase annual earnings and improve embedded gains. Focused on optimization and restructuring of assets to achieve increased gains and tax benefits at sale. • Underwriting: Deal team member responsible for assessing new investment opportunities in project and structured financing across the power, natural gas processing and hydrocarbon transportation marketspaces. Responsible for financial modeling and forecasting; commercial, contractual, environmental and regulatory due diligence.

Responsible for planning and overseeing field examinations of existing and prospective GE CFS clients • Executed 200+ collateral reviews of CFS borrowers in 2007-2011. Major highlights include: - HD Supply, $2.1B facility covered by collateral from 11 unique distribution companies - Vertis Communications – A $250MM senior secured plan of reorganization (POR) credit facility.- Interstate Bakeries – $125MM senior secured revolver for bankruptcy exit (POR), ABL facility. • Managed team of auditors to examine collateral of CFS borrowers - Identified, quantified and communicated collateral risks and mitigating plans to senior leaders - Aligned resources strategically based on skill sets, materiality of loan and audit complexity - Developed staff members through establishing goals and objectives, coaching, developmental feedback.

CAS Audit Mangers are responsible for managing financial and compliance audits across GE’s Industrial Segment covering Financial Controllership and Compliance to Government Regulations • Managed financial and compliance audits across GE’s Industrial Segment. Led 3 audits (6 GE Business, 12 sites, 11 associates) covering unique areas such as compliance to US Government Contracts and US export regulations as well as financial balance sheet reviews • Developed and executed audit scopes; Defined execution plans; Aligned to audit objectives & risk prioritization; Drove for quantification of breakdowns; Communicated issues to senior leaders; Implemented corrective actions. - Partnered with GE Equipment Service’s legal team to define organization structures and processes, implemented in 2006, to enable compliance for ~$100MM in projected US Government revenue - Led and executed financial reviews of GE Rail Mexico and Brazil recoverable tax assets substantiating $20MM balance and identifying opportunities for increased efficiency in recovery - Implemented a process for preventing export control violations in a critical GE business unit

Performed financial audits, due diligence reviews and compliance audits across multiple GE businesses in various regions including the USA, Mexico, Hungary, UK and Brazil • Established financial methodologies and processes for multiple GE business including GE Healthcare UK, GE Energy Budapest, GE Re-Insurance UK, GE Silicones and multiple GE Latin American businesses. • Substantiated financials and determined necessary corrective adjustments in the areas of Accounts Receivable, Revenue Recognition, Inventory, Cash accounts and Purchase Accounting • Applied Six Sigma to develop process improvements at GE Fleet Mexico and GE Re-Insurance UK

Led launch of an industrial circuit break product line leading to $13MM of annualized revenue and $1.8MM in variable cost productivity over existing product line • Coordinated with multiple functions (IT, Finance, Manufacturing, Engineering) and combined quality, engineering, and project management skill sets to launch a product line • Managed to hard deadlines by laying out a critical path, prioritizing resources, and eliminating redundant procedures • Guided teams to use statistical analysis to solve for product issues related to initial production variances • Led a global team of 6 resources located in Connecticut, Puerto Rico, and Hyderabad India
