Training has always been at the heart of my career. Whether designing training for adults or millennials, my tenacious commitment helps youth development organizations offer quality programs and deliver exceptional service. In doing so, I’ve become an advocate for youth in crisis, especially for those in need of college and career guidance.I activate best practices gained from pilot sites to gauge and enhance college-readiness programs. Ultimately, I’ve connected with local and national funders to develop college-related programs for teens to aspire to, prepare for, and enroll in college or other post-secondary settings. Time and again, former participants share their post-secondary successes by engaging in mentorship and volunteer programs that I’ve established under my leadership.On both local and national levels, I’ve developed career programs to inspire youth to dream big.
