Launched in 2010 at Hostos Community College in the South Bronx, HERspanic Achievement Celebration. "HERspanic" is a personalized recognition event where you are the presenter of the award to a HERspanic you feel is desiring of the honor. Keeping to our mission of enhancing local development efforts HERspanic takes place in local venues in economically challenged ethnic neighborhoods like Spanish Harlem, the neighborhood (El Barrio). Featured are performances, ethnic cuisine, and a heart-shaped crystal as the award with the honoree's name engraved in it.In 2013 12 HERspanics received the coveted crystal heart in the presence of those who held them in high regard. Also in 2013, audiences were mesmerized by a BombaYo's project for seniors combining arts & culture with fitness. LOS ROBLES DE CASABE is a Puerto Rican folk dance group comprised of senior citizens dancing Bomba y Plena. Their age range from 70 to 90 years of age with but, a splattering of youth and young adults. Amazing! As its "conceptualist", founder, and producer, I bring together the talent, sponsors, with the venue and attendees and their honorees. This entails outreach to individuals and well as groups where the grass-roots effort in providing services and opportunities, enterprises and business with a track record of contribution and commitment to social development. The continuation and success of the HERspanic Achievement Celebration event is in organizing activities and events where unheralded individual's dedication and sacrifices are recognized even if by one solitary person whose life has been changed and who has been motivated to serve as a catalyst for community improvement, economic development and social progress.

REBEL MEDIA is a 30-minute independent news & information program seen on P.E.G. (Public, Education, & Government) Access Television and the web with a focus on presenting independent and alternative points of view and information on local issues. Program features segments produced by independent media activists and citizen journalists.

Responsible for video & audio recording and uploading courses and special events for web distribution. Digital audio/video equipment experience includes Sony DSP 300, 250, & 150 as well as HVR camcorder series.Anycast mobile media production switcher and the Tricaster mobile media production switcher.

Worked with Ikegami series of dockable studio cameras on B.E.T. set in NYC. Among the programs were "106 & Park", talk and performance program featuring live talent guests, performances, and studio audiences. "B.E.T. in the A.M." a morning entertainment news &information program featuring live call-ins and e mail messages.

Responsibilities included floor direction to host and guest talent for web stream programs on financial matters and the stock market.
