(new generation jack-up rig - DD3)- Carry out maintenance and AMOS generated maintenance, trouble-shooting and repairs of various machineries onboard.- Supervising the maintenance crews in various correctives and AMOS generated maintenances.- Organizing and ordering of spare parts of various machineries.- Supervising of the maintenance crews implementing the safety STOP program according to Premium Drilling’s & Client’s Standards.- Documentations of maintenance done, Work Instructions, EFNCR & TSMR records.- Conduct pre-job meetings, JSA and Work Instructions meetings with the crews prior to carrying out any tasks.

(self-erecting tender assisted rig Pride Piranha & jack-up rig Pride Hawaii).- Carry out maintenance and MAXIMO generated maintenance, trouble-shooting and repairs of various machineries onboard.- Upgrading of equipments on board.- Carry out hook-up of the hydraulic systems and to the rig-up and rig-down of the Drilling Package Structures (Pride Piranha).- Overhauling 2 National Mud Pumps 10-P-130.- Participating in the safety STOP program, JSA according to Pride International & Client’s Standards.

(jack-up rig Trident 17 & semi-submersible rig MV Doo Sung).- Hired doing consultant maintenance, troubleshooting equipment failures, overhauling main engines, Mud Pumps, Drawworks, centrifugal pumps, air winches, crane engines, air conditioning system, water makers and Maritime Hydraulic TDS.- Overhauled of 2 each Wartsilla 12V22HF on board MV Doo Sung.

(Self-erecting tender assisted rig Pride Piranha - On contract).- Doing Chief Mechanical Engineer while upgrading the rig, putting in new engines, air compressors, Favelle Favco Crane,piping and structural systems, a 3rd mud pump, upgrading the SCR and switchboard system, BOP and the first “Carrel Systems” was introduced.- Doing Intervention Mechanic after the rig operations had stabilized. Carry out mechanical tasks that the rig mechanics cannot concentrate on and carry out some modifications to upgrade some piping and mechanical equipments. Carried out calibration of the anchor winches control systems. Upgrading of the rig packages skidding and rigging-up systems.

(semi-submersible rig South Seas Driller).- Responsible for implementing the maintenance system for the rig equipments. Trouble-shooting and repairing of all mechanical, piping and structural systems. Actively involved in mobilization of the rig prior to Exploration & Completion Drilling for TEXACO Thailand, Kirkland Drilling Korea, OPIC Malaysia, WMC & REPSOL Spain. Changing the brake rims for Drawworks, bearings for Elmagco Baylor brake, changing stern tube seals, changing drive shafts of mud pumps and overhauling 2 each main engine (Bergen KVGB-12V).

(semi-submersible rig MV Actinia).- Carry out routine maintenance, trouble shooting, repairs on various rig’s machineries.- Actively involved in rig mobilization prior to contract with SSB/SSPC. Involved in major overhauled of 1 each EMD’s MD12-645-E8 and MD12-645-E9.

(Land Rig-9, semi-submersible rig SEDCO 602,jack-up rig Trident 12 & Sedneth Luanda).- Doing maintenance and repairs of various rig’s machineries as instructed by supervisors.- First of my major overhauled of 2 each EMDs MD16-645-E9.- Actively involved in Trident 12 mobilization prior to contract with BSP Brunei.

(self-erecting tender assisted Ile De Sein)- Doing maintenance and repairs of various rig’s machineries as instructed by supervisors.- Assisting in rigging up of rig packages, overhauling main engines, special task as Mechanical Supervisor personal assistant during rigs’ mobilization and operation.

(self-erecting tender assisted Charley Graves)- Doing maintenance and repairs of various rig’s machineries as instructed by supervisors.- First as Mechanic Helper and was promoted to Senior Motorman.
