My name is Lakeisha Germain. I founded and own Grace Cleaning Company, a mental health-focused cleaning service that's mission is to approach every space with the "Compassion Standard". We take on our client’s cleaning responsibilities so that they may have peace of mind to do other things. Servicing residential, small commercial, and short-term rentals in the Boston area.Gcc also provides services like mentorship, training, and job placement for other cleaning companies that want to grow their businesses. For over 15 years, I dove headfirst into the hospitality industry and in the cleaning-specific industry for a little over a decade. I've become more and more passionate about cleaning over the years first by being inspired by my love for helping people then morphing into ways to help people. In 2014 I pioneered Airbnb/short-term rentals, managing and cleaning over 70 apartments and homes in the Boston area.I am a passionate leader, a mom, a wife, and Your most compassionate cleaning expert.Clean is my love language!
