To assist the publisher in a range of tasks including the upkeep of book data, social media, editing, and concept creation for new products.

My role consists of communicating with clients and customers, creating content for our website, social media and members area. I also oversee live streaming of our hybrid events, as well as being on hand throughout our live events for any problem solving, and general assistance.

Personal and social care for children and adults at the Respite home. This included organising engaging activities, supervising day trips, preparing meals, documenting their experience, liaising with parents/carers and social workers. Front of house serving customers but also Back of house making the food, washing up, restocking for the next shift and closing down for the day. I also trained new members of staff.
