    Worked closely with conference organizers who wanted a smart, premium look and feel to their sponsors exhibiting space. Provided an end to end service of exhibition stand packages to conferences and exhibitions, taking some of the hassle away from the organizer. I managed all internal operations to deliver the service at venues throughout the UK, Europe and occasionally worldwide.From 5 stands to 80 stands at a conference, my role involved:- Attending site visits to check the logistics of delivering equipment, plan out how many stands could fit within the space, and understand power requirements.- Tracking sponsors stand upgrades, artwork uploads and queries via a portal system.- Organizing teams internally to ensure all equipment and graphics are delivered and installed onsite, within given time frames. Regularly onsite personally to oversee this.- Assisting sponsors on site when they arrive to their stands and dealing with and questions or concerns, so the organizer can focus on the overall running of the event.- Managing the expenditures of the client for any increase/decrease in stand packages, or any additions to the initial contract.
